During my time at BIMM, I had the honor of working with respected companies like PC Financial and PC Insurance. As the leader of the creative team, I oversaw the creation and execution of CRM and Digital Design plans.
Brief
Objective:
To create an engagement journey for current PC® Insurance customers to help stay top of mind and keep them informed of specific actions they need to take once they are customers.
Target:
PC® Insurance customers who have signed up for home/auto Insurance or both.
What is the customer problem?
Customers are currently only being contacted by PC® Insurance day 1 of signing up and then again 60 days outside of their renewal date. Because of this they may be uncertain if there are any next steps and what they are.
How are we solving the problem?
We will be creating a journey to keep them informed and engaged on different actions they can take and offers available to them to improve their experience as PC® Insurance customers and hopefully help with retention.
